Prior to entering into the automotive industry 21 years ago, Ronald bravely served his country in the United States Air Force for six years, answering the call of duty as a part of the Air Force's Security Police squad. Strongly committed to leading by example, Ronald strives to ensure that his salespeople provide every customer with the best service possible. Maintaining a firm belief that the key to success is to treat others the way you would like to be treated, TraciAnn encourages her sales team to pay close attention to customer requests, no matter how minor. This commitment to excellence has served TraciAnn well over the course of her career in automotive financing, an industry she has been a part of since 1982.
Prior to her current professional pursuits, TraciAnn applied herself as an executive bookkeeper in the engineering and retail industries, also acting as an accountant at one of Maine's largest shipyards. Boasting a wide range of talents outside of her financing capabilities, TraciAnn is a certified scuba instructor, a black belt in Karate, and holds distinction as Ms. Maine International 2005/2006. TraciAnn is the Vice President of the Keeping Kids Safe Program a nonprofit organization that helps in protecting our children. Also, a member of the BNI group, to help promote other business in the area. In her free time, TraciAnn enjoys scuba diving, riding motorcycles, scrapbooking and spending time with her friends and family and her little granddaughter. Prior to joining the dealership's service team three years ago, Pete applied his skills as an employee at Napa Auto Parts. A true aficionado when it comes to cars, Pete holds a special appreciation for the stylish design and engine power of classic American muscle cars, notably the 1968 Camaro.
A native of Fort Kent, Maine, Pete loves New England and couldn't imagine living anywhere else in the country. When he isn't facilitating great service in the Parts Department at Berlin City Auto Group, Pete can be found spending quality time with his wife and two children.

An expert in the field, Clifford Rocque has worked in the automotive industry for 16 years with auto makers such as Honda, Toyota, Lexus, Cadillac, Chevy, Chrysler and Ford. Clifford joined Berlin City Honda as a sales manager in 2005. Clifford grew up in Clifton Park, New York, but loves the seasons in New England. Clifford currently drives a Honda Accord, and dreams of owning a speedier Saleen someday. When road tripping, Clifford's playlist consists of Free Ride, Going to California and Ramble On. On off days, you'll find Clifford on the golf course.
A Used Car Manager at Berlin City Auto Group, James Holmes grew up in Portland, Maine, opting to remain in New England based on his affinity for the friendly people and the wonderful weather. In his 13 years at Berlin City Auto Group, James has witnessed many changes in the automotive sales industry, many of them for the better. Selling cars today, James says, is all about taking care of a customer's needs and exceeding their expectations. This is the kind of customer-centric attitude that Berlin City Auto Group has built it reputation on, an outlook that James' co-workers at the dealership share.
When he isn't going above and beyond for his customers at Berlin City Auto Group, James enjoys relaxing at home, undertaking various home improvement projects when the need arises. In the future, James hopes to take a road trip across the country in an RV, visiting all of the lower 48 states along the way.

A Customer Relations expert at Berlin City Auto Group for the past four years, Michael "Mac" McPherson utilizes his considerable service experience and innate people skills to connect with every customer in a genuine manner. Before embarking on a career in the automotive industry, Michael served in the United States Army's Military Police branch, also working in radio for a period of time. A lifelong resident of New England, Michael relishes the Maine coast as well as the region's small-town feel. Taking advantage of the scenic highways that stretch across the state, Michael often revs up his motorcycle and hits the road with his wife. In addition to his motorcycle, Michael is the owner of a Honda Pilot, also fond of the BMW 760's styling and power. When he isn't giving his all to Berlin City Auto Group's customers, Michael enjoys spending time with his family and rooting for his son's college football team.

Steve has been with the dealership for over eight years. Additionally, Steve boasts previous experience in nursing.
Currently driving a Honda Civic, Steve maintains a love for classic American automobiles, naming the 1959 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz convertible as a dream car he hopes to someday own. Prior to joining Berlin City Auto Group, Scott applied himself in the insurance industry, additionally working as an architectural designer for a number of years. A highly involved member of the local community, Scott functions as President of the Thornton Academy Athletic Club and donates energy to supporting the activities of the Multiple Sclerosis Society. In recognition of his efforts, the MS Society recently selected Scott as the recipient of its Leadership Award.
The father of three beautiful daughters, Scott devotes the bulk of his free time to his family, particularly fond of camping with his wife and children in the scenic New England countryside. For Scott, the perfect road trip would entail a cross-country adventure to visit Yosemite National Park, the Grand Canyon, and Las Vegas, Nevada.

Driving a Toyota Rav 4 at the moment, Aaron also harbors an affinity for vintage cars and hopes to one day own a 1970 Dodge Charger R/T Hemi, one of the greatest American muscle cars ever manufactured. Asked to describe his ideal road trip, Aaron describes an adventure that would take him from Maine down to New Orleans, Louisiana, making stops in New York City, Nashville, and Memphis along the way. A multi-talented individual, Aaron sets time aside from work to hone his skills as a musician.

Andrew Fossett, grew up in South Portland, Maine. As a local Portlander, his favorite part about living in New England is wintertime and, of course, the Patriots. When not on the sales floor, you'll find Andrew busy being an active parent.
A Topsham, Maine native, Stephen S. Carrigan, joined Berlin City Honda excited to work in the automotive industry. Stephen is perhaps the most eager to sell Honda vehicles as a sales associate, but admits his dream car is a Mercedez Benz and would love to take a road trip to Boston, New York City and Miami. When he's not selling cars, Stephen is spending time with his family or enjoying his favorite part about New England, the outdoors and its four seasons. "I enjoy working with and meeting new people, so come in and say hello."
Brian grew up in Gorham, New Hampshire. As a New England native, he loves the landscape and people in the region, but his ideal road trip would be to the Grand Canyon. Currently sporting a Volvo as his main transportation, Brian's dream car is an Audi. When not on the sales floor, Brian can be found playing his guitar and listening to music.
Christopher Cole, comes to Berlin City's Pre-owned sales team with over 15 years of experience in taking care of his community working in police, fire and as an EMS. Growing up in Brunswick, Maine, Christopher loves the seasons of New England. When not working with is customers, Christopher is busy volunteering for local fire and EMS services and has many awards under his belt such as an Army Achievement Medal and a U.S. Navy Police Medal. Greg's ideal road trip includes a journey to Wolly World, the world's biggest rubber band ball as he sings "100 Bottles of Beer on the Wall." Now driving a Land Rover, Greg's dream car would be a Pantera. Greg loves New England and its proximity to the ocean, especially since his favorite pastime is sailing. At Berlin City, Greg's motto is "tell me what you want and I will get it done."
Edward knows all about being on a New England driver having been worked in the transportation industry and earned the 2011 Maine Motor Transport Commercial Driver of the Year. A Portland native, Edward loves living in New England including its seasons, sports teams, the mountains, the coast and rural areas. Edward currently drives a 2000 Nissan Altima, but dreams of driving a 2011 Porsche 911 someday. When not at the dealership, Edward can be found at the Camp on Moosehead, boating, fishing and taking care of other handyman projects. As a Honda Salesperson, Edward says his stop priority is "making every customer happy."

The owner of a Toyota Camry and a Ford Explorer, Jeff plans on purchasing a full-size pickup truck in the future, the perfect vehicle for hauling heavy loads and navigating New England's rugged backcountry. Aside from his work at Berlin City Auto Group, Jeff spends his time woodworking, skiing, and remodeling his home.

Currently the owner of a Honda Accord, Ron enjoys getting behind the wheel of his car for a drive through Maine's scenic landscape. Ron is planning to take a road trip at some point in the future to visit the Northwest, making his way from Seattle, Washington to Fairbanks, Alaska. The father of four children and a grandfather to five, Ron spends his leisure time relaxing at home with his family.
